Aluminum Foil Bubble Bag

The aluminum foil bubble bag features an outer aluminum foil layer and an inner bubble cushioning layer. It offers both impact protection and moisture/light barrier — ideal for electronics, precision instruments, jewelry, cosmetics, medical devices, and chemical samples.

Made by thermal lamination. The outer foil provides a premium metallic look, moisture resistance, anti-oxidation, and light blocking. The inner bubble layer absorbs shocks during transit. Features a tamper-evident adhesive strip or heat-sealable closure.

Usage Notes

Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Before sealing, ensure the adhesive strip area is clean and dry. Align the folds and press firmly.

Do not exceed the bag's designed weight capacity. The bubble layer has limited load-bearing capacity — heavy items require thicker material or alternative packaging.

Wrap sharp items in other material before placing them into the bag to prevent puncturing the bubble layer.
