Air column bags are inflatable cushion packaging made of multi-layer co-extruded film. Independent air columns form after inflation to absorb impact and vibration during transit. Widely used for electronics, beverages, ceramics, glassware and precision instruments, they feature excellent cushioning, space-saving and recyclable properties, being ideal replacements for foam and bubble wrap.
Made of high-barrier co-extruded film and heat-sealed into connected air columns, they are flat and compact for easy storage before use. Air is injected via one-way valves to fully inflate the bags. With good air tightness and long air retention, they are reusable.
Compared with traditional cushion materials, air column bags have superior advantages in storage efficiency, shock resistance and environmental friendliness. Pre-folded design enables U-shape, C-shape and full wrapping to fit products in various shapes.
