The gourd-shaped air cushion film is an inflatable cushioning packaging product made from polyethylene (PE). It features multiple gourd-shaped air columns connected in series. After inflation, each column expands independently, forming a tightly arranged cushioning layer.
The product offers excellent compression resilience and impact absorption, effectively protecting items from damage caused by squeezing, vibration, and dropping during transport. Compared to traditional bubble wrap, it provides a fuller air column structure with more stable cushioning performance. The air columns are not interconnected, so damage to one column does not affect the others.
When uninflated, it comes in a flat roll form, compact and lightweight for easy storage and transport. During use, it can be quickly inflated with an air inflation tool.
This product is widely used in e-commerce logistics for fragile items such as electronics, cosmetics, ceramics, glassware, wine bottles, and precision instruments.
