Anti-static Bag

The anti-static bag is a specialized packaging bag designed for static-sensitive electronic components. Through material formulation or surface coating, it dissipates or shields static electricity, preventing electrostatic discharge from damaging internal electronic parts. It is primarily used for packaging, storing, and transporting PCBs, chips, hard drives, memory modules, sensors, and precision instruments — with "anti-static protection" as its core function. Compared to ordinary PE plastic bags, anti-static bags incorporate anti-static agents or metal shielding layers in their material formulation or composite structure. They are available in flat bags, self-seal bags, or self-adhesive strip bags. Custom printing of anti-static symbols, warning labels, and brand information is supported. Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight.

Avoid sharp objects that may scratch the bag and damage the shielding layer integrity.

Before sealing, ensure the sealing area is clean and dry. Apply even pressure during heat sealing.
