The roll-fed poly mailer is a continuous roll of courier bags connected end-to-end with perforated tear lines. Bags tear off individually for immediate use. Designed for high-frequency shipping such as e-commerce bulk orders, live-streaming sales, and warehouse packing — eliminating the need to pick and open bags one by one, significantly improving packing efficiency.

Made from LDPE or HDPE with thickness options from 0.05mm to 0.12mm. Features a flat self-sealing design with a destructive adhesive strip. Core options include paper tube or coreless, compatible with packing table racks or dispensers.

Compared to loose poly mailers, the roll-fed design allows packers to tear, pack, and seal continuously without pauses — faster and more convenient.

Usage Notes

Store in a cool, dry place away from high temperatures, moisture, and direct sunlight.

Tear off along the perforated line in a horizontal direction. Avoid tearing at an angle, which may result in uneven edges or bag damage.

Before sealing, ensure the adhesive strip area is clean and dry. Align the folded edge and press firmly.

Do not exceed the bag's designed weight capacity.

For sharp or pointed items, wrap them with other materials before placing into the bag to prevent puncturing.
